We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our corporate office in Mission Viejo, CA. Position Overview:
This is a full-time, in-office role. You will support the Accounts Payable function, performing data entry, accounts payable, excel-based tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Rate of Pay: $20-$26/hour based on experience.

- Enter vendor invoices and payment data accurately into our accounting system.
- Match receipts and invoices when required.
- Code, verify and process AP transactions in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized AP files and documentation for audit and month-end.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic reporting.
- Assist with check/ACH runs, as needed, under supervision.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure correct approvals and coding.
- Other administrative or accounting-support tasks as assigned.
- 1-2 years (or more) of experience in an account payable or invoice-processing role (property management experience a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables helpful).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in-person in the Mission Viejo corporate office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus (but not required).
Rate of Pay: $20-$26/hour based on experience.
