Enterprise Client Executive [Remote-Eligible]

Enterprise Client Executive (Remote-Eligible) Enterprise Client Executive role responsible for proactively managing a set of designated accounts in the Acute Care vertical, cultivating and maintaining relationships throughout the client lifecycle (adopt, engage, expand, retain). What You’ll Be Doing Serve as main point of contact for largest and highest value clients, focusing on retention, growth, and expansion opportunities. Analyze each client’s key objectives and integrate considerations into sales approach and product recommendations. Apply knowledge of product suite and stay current with internal and competitor product developments. Resolve customer satisfaction issues to achieve solutions, maintaining objectivity and business acumen. Support specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Relias offerings and develop client relationships. Partner closely with internal teams (marketing, solutions) to align on client strategies and share insights for overall business goals. Complete any other duties as assigned. Competencies Client Relationship Management – ability to manage and nurture client relationships for mutual success. Consultative Selling – ability to engage prospects and clients in relationship‑driven sales approach as trusted advisor. Sales Tool Management – utilization of sales enablement tools to support process and improve client experience. Adaptability – ability to adjust to new circumstances, challenges, and changing environments. Communication – skills to convey and exchange information clearly, accurately, and actively listen. Qualifications 7+ years account management experience in the healthcare market. Proven record of exceeding sales quotas in SaaS consultative sales over the last 3 years. Proven track record cultivating new relationships and passion for client success. Proven ability to navigate internal departments to achieve results for clients and company. Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare field. Ability to travel ~25-50%. Nice to Have Vertical‑specific healthcare experience strongly preferred. Salary Information Target On‑Target Earnings: $150,000 – $250,000 annually. Salary based on several factors. Salary is one element of total compensation.
