What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Cath Lab environment, supporting complex interventional procedures such as TAVR, MitraClip, angiography, and peripheral vascular interventions
• Circulate, scrub, and monitor during procedures, handling vascular access, hemodynamic monitoring, and medication administration
• Operate advanced imaging and monitoring equipment, including Philips systems, Merge hemodynamic monitors, IV pumps, and ancillary devices such as IVUS and laser atherectomy tools
• Support unit function as a Charge RN when needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality of care, including patient assessment and critical thinking during emergent cases
• Floats routinely between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier City facilities, providing coverage across locations
• Attend a one-week orientation at the Innovation Center to ensure seamless integration into the team

What You Need

Required:

• Valid nursing license with minimum 3 years RN experience, including 1.5 years in Cath Lab within the last year
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, Valid Driver's License
• Ability to scrub, circulate, and monitor during complex cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
• Experience with vascular access, vasoactive medication, and critical patient assessment
• Strong sterile technique and familiarity with equipment such as Impella, IABP, Pnumbra, and laser atherectomy devices

Preferred:

• Experience with Merge hemodynamic systems and Philips imaging equipment
• RCIS certification (not required but advantageous)
