• Pay Rate: $67.00/hour

What You'll Do:

• Float between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier City facilities, and back-up for WKMC North.
• Administer vasoactive drugs, sedation, and critical patient assessments.
• Support complex interventional procedures such as TAVR, MitraClip, laser, atherectomy, and more.
• Assist with coronary diagnostics, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, peripheral vascular, and structural heart cases.
• Operate and monitor advanced imaging and hemodynamic equipment.
• Maintain sterile techniques during interventions.
• Collaborate with team members to provide optimal patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Be flexible to float facilities and perform multiple roles including circulating, monitoring, and scrubbing.

What You Need:

• Required:
  • Valid RN license with BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
  • Minimum 3 years RN experience, with at least 1.5 years in Cath Lab
  • Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate during procedures
  • Experience with vasoactive drugs, sedation, critical assessments
  • Valid driver's license to float between facilities
• Preferred:
  • Experience with hemodynamic monitoring systems such as Merge
  • RCIS (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with complex interventional procedures listed
  • Capable of managing a fast-paced Cath Lab environment
