You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to create impactful campaigns and enable business expansion. Own and develop the content marketing engine by creating high-quality assets including blogs, customer stories, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and sales enablement materials. Manage digital marketing programs, including website strategy, SEO initiatives, paid campaigns, analytics, and conversion optimization efforts. Coordinate with external agencies and partners to deliver marketing projects aligned with business goals and timelines. Plan and execute customer and industry events, including trade shows, webinars, executive events, and field marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence. Build and execute account-based marketing programs by developing targeted campaigns, personalized content, and sales resources that accelerate pipeline growth. Analyze marketing performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns. Explore and implement AI-powered tools and automation solutions to improve content creation, workflows, campaign effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Support the development of a scalable marketing organization by establishing processes, best practices, and innovative approaches. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on marketing professional with experience driving growth in fast-paced technology environments. You combine strong communication skills with analytical thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for modern marketing practices. 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, PropTech, commercial real estate, or another high-growth technology company. Proven experience managing content marketing, websites, SEO, digital advertising, events, and integrated marketing campaigns. Experience coordinating external agencies, partners, or vendors to deliver marketing initiatives successfully. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools and automation into marketing workflows to increase efficiency and scale. Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and project management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate independently, and take ownership from strategy through execution.
