What the job involves

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Institutional Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing relationships with institutional clients. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and closing deals with financial institutions, corporations, and other organizations interested in leveraging our suite of blockchain solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the blockchain and digital asset landscape, a proven track record in institutional sales, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

? Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential institutional clients through research, networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.

? Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target institutions.

? Sales Presentations and Proposals: Deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.

? Understanding Client Needs: Thoroughly understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements to recommend the most suitable solutions.

? Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

? Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, legal, and customer success, to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

? Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments within the blockchain and digital asset space.

? Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

? Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

? Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with newly acquired institutional clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

? Representing our: Represent us professionally at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

? Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably within the Financial Industry, financial technology (FinTech), SaaS, or blockchain/digital asset industries.

? Proven track record of successfully closing deals with institutional clients.

? Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the institutional investment landscape.

? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

? Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives.

? Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

? Fluency in English is essential. Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) may be an advantage.

? Willingness to travel as required.
