Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate client needs, track progress, and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Engage in regular consultations with clinical leaders and peers to discuss challenging cases, share insights, and refine therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions via telehealth, providing clients with support and guidance using techniques designed to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes diverse individuals ranging from adolescents to adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues. As a therapist at Positive Change, you will work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that treatment plans are personalized and culturally responsive, helping clients navigate their unique journeys toward healing and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy independently in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated competency in delivering evidence-based therapeutic approaches, specifically addressing anxiety, depression, and related issues.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and technologies to enhance therapeutic delivery and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
