Job Summary: 
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a liaison between system operations and the Human Resources department.  The HRBP develops partnerships across the HR Centers of Excellence to deliver value-added service to system leadership and employees, while supporting the mission, values and business goals and strategies of the organization.

Conduct and support employee investigations, providing recommendations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws.

Provide guidance on employee relations matters, HR best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years human resources experience.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field.
