Your daily tasks will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our telehealth team, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who seek to improve various aspects of their mental health. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate challenges, set personal goals, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and independent license to practice as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions, and not holding a limited or provisional license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

• Strong computer literacy to efficiently utilize our telehealth platform and documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in remote counseling or telehealth services. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation of client interactions will also be an asset.
