What You'll Do

• Provide direct in-house neonatal care at a Level-IIIB NICU with 49 beds
• Manage critically ill neonates using advanced therapies (e.g., iNO, HFOV, hypothermia)
• Care for extremely premature infants, including those as young as 22 weeks gestation
• Support approximately 450 NICU admissions annually with an average census of 30
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
• Oversee or support care at Level-IIIA and growing Level-II NICUs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical or academic pursuits
• Engage in out-of-house coverage supported via telehealth

What You Need

• Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• Valid medical license in Missouri
• Relevant clinical experience

• Experience in high-acuity NICU environments
• Ability to work collaboratively across units
