Compensation: Hourly Rate - $260/hr, Overtime - $325/hr, Holiday - $390/hr.

Schedule

Monday-Friday

Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

8-Hour Day Shifts

Initially 1 Week Per Month

Coverage Expected to Space Out to 1 Week Every Other Month or Quarterly

No Call

Patient Population / Volume

Patient Population: Adults and Geriatrics

Approximately 14-16 Patients Per Day

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide Outpatient Pulmonology Clinic Coverage

Evaluate and Manage Adult and Geriatric Pulmonary Patients

No Rounding

No Admissions

No Procedures Required

Provider Will Work Independently

Clinical Support

Family Medicine Available Monday-Friday

Orthopedics Available Monday-Friday

General Surgery Available Monday-Friday

OB/GYN Available Monday-Friday

Pediatrics Available Monday-Friday

Hospitalist Coverage Available 24/7

Emergency Department Physicians Available 24/7

Requirements

Active Alaska Medical License in Hand at Time of Presentation - Required

Candidates Requiring Alaska Licensure Will Not Be Accepted

BLS - Required

BLS Must Be From the American Heart Association or American Red Cross as Applicable

Epic Proficiency - Required

At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Pulmonology - Required

Must Be Comfortable Working Independently

COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions

Recent Clinical Activity Requirements

Clinical Activity Documentation From the Previous 24 Months - Required

Documentation Must Demonstrate Services Representative of the Scope and Complexity of Requested Privileges

Clinical Activity Requirement May Be Waived for Applicants Who Completed Training Within the Previous Year
