Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, with flexible scheduling options that aim to accommodate our clients’ needs, including some evening and weekend hours. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and synchronized care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans targeting specific goals and interventions, ensuring active participation from clients in their healing journeys.

• Collaborate with team members to review and adjust treatment plans as necessary, based on continuous client feedback and progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring clarity and accountability.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and various support groups to empower clients with vital coping strategies and psycho-social skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
