Responsibilities Ensure schedule, budget, and details of tasks are well organized. Communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about changes to the project plan. Organize reporting, plan meetings, and provide updates to project managers. Share relevant documentation and reports with project teams. Provide information and regular support to stakeholders. Serve as the point of contact for various working groups. Develop an in‑depth understanding of project scope and particulars, including timeframes, financials, and outcomes. Ensure resources and equipment are always available. Understand formal escalation and review processes. Provide support to project managers and business leaders when requested. Perform thorough project documentation. Create and review reports. Manage time reporting by team members. Qualifications 03+ years of experience. Exposure to coordinating and tracking project status.
