Call Center Customer Service Representative Our client, a leading organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Call Center Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a vital part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer engagement initiatives, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to build trust quickly, which will align successfully within the organization. Location: Remote Pay Range: $25.00 Shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM PST What's the Job? Engage with customers who have experienced multiple dealership visits to acknowledge their experience and provide support Confirm and update customer contact information accurately within Salesforce CRM Explain goodwill assistance programs and set clear expectations for next steps Identify and address any remaining customer concerns through active listening and empathy Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow established processes for follow-up What's Needed?
