Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans that promote their emotional well-being.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers—to deliver integrated care aimed at enhancing client outcomes.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily focus on providing therapy and counseling services to individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health issues. Many clients may face challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and substance use. By tailoring your therapeutic approach to each client’s unique background and situation, you will play a key role in facilitating their journey towards recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
