Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to enjoy a work-life balance while providing vital telehealth services. Our telehealth facility utilizes advanced technologies to ensure effective communication and treatment delivery. The position is structured to avoid evening and weekend work, offering you a standard Monday to Friday schedule that promotes a healthy routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily activities will encompass a variety of therapeutic practices aimed at supporting young adults in our outpatient treatment programs. Your key responsibilities include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group discussions that encourage clients to share experiences and support each other, enhancing their interpersonal skills.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions aimed at exploring clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping them develop effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs and support their recovery journeys.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and document clients’ progress using various metrics and feedback tools to ensure their therapeutic goals are met.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and strategize on complex cases for optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in their recovery, supporting them in navigating significant transitional life stages. By providing holistic and evidence-based treatment methods, you'll contribute to their healing process and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
