Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring therapeutic goals are met in a safe and supportive environment.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care and share insights about patient progress and challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, identifying when clients need immediate assistance and coordinating care accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Advance Healing Counseling Services, you will primarily work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, particularly within clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
