Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in alignment with legal regulations and ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans that holistically address clients' mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
