Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake a variety of critical tasks designed to promote positive mental health outcomes:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational issues.

• Perform thorough diagnostic assessments and create customized treatment plans informed by each client's unique goals, preferences, and circumstances.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments when necessary, equipping clients with immediate and effective strategies to manage acute situations.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development activities to continually enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
