Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for our retail and wholesale business. This position involves accounts receivable, cashiering, basic bookkeeping, and sales support but not limited to these.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounts receivable transactions
• Process cash and credit card payments from walk-in customers
• Post and reconcile customer payments
• Create sales orders and convert orders into invoices
• Set up new customer accounts
• Verify and process credit card transactions
• Assist sales representatives with orders and invoicing
• Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate customer records and account balances
• Follow up on outstanding customer payment
• Any other tasks given that are related to accounting

Qualifications:

• QuickBooks experience REQUIRED.
• Previous accounts receivable or accounting experience preferred
• Cash handling and cashiering experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good computer and data entry skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual Mandarin and/or Cantonese strongly preferred.
