About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Alternative Funds Investor Relations within Fund Services Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end investor relations service delivery for alternative funds, including deal execution oversight, cash and settlement oversight, investor/client reporting, and query management. This role requires a proven senior leader with a strong background in fund services, transfer agency, and investor relations, particularly within alternative operating models. The Executive Director will be accountable for the production outcomes, leading daily operations, and strengthening risk management and controls. They will also be tasked with defining and executing the target operating model, delivering transformation with product and technology, and championing continuous improvement and AI adoption. Applicants must have at least 7 years of senior leadership experience in multi-location, high-volume operational teams, and a demonstrated ability to execute complex change across operations, product, and technology. The role demands excellent stakeholder management skills, a strong command of operational risk and control disciplines, and a data-driven approach to performance management. Experience in modernizing investor relations service delivery through workflow digitization, data standardization, and AI-enabled operations improvements is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting global alternative products and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
