Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' psychosocial needs, identifying emotional and psychological concerns related to end-of-life issues.

• Provide individual and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and supportive counseling.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and safety planning as required to address acute emotional distress in patients and their loved ones.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to comprehensive patient records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
