Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy, including sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that the treatment is tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' strengths, challenges, and specific treatment goals, incorporating evidence-based practices to best meet their needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that are regularly updated based on client progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and external community partners to coordinate care, leveraging resources to enhance client support.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and interventions in accordance with best practices and compliance regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Candidates must be fully licensed to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), without any disciplinary actions.
