Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to establish a clear understanding of client needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to design individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals, needs, and cultural considerations.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in a variety of formats including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary and work in partnership with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to all clinic policies and state regulations.
\n
• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, providing them with essential knowledge and skills to effectively manage their mental health conditions.
\n
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care coordination for all patients.
\n
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize patient progress.
\n
• Engage in continued education by staying informed about current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, applying this knowledge in clinical practices.

• Uphold ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona is required.
\n
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling the establishment of rapport with clients from varied cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting is preferred.

• Experience employing evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
