The Human Resources Generalist provides comprehensive Human Resources support with a primary focus on the day-to-day administration of team member benefits and leave programs. This position serves as a resource to team members regarding benefits, leave, retirement programs, HR policies, and works closely with the Benefits Manager and HR leadership to ensure responsive and effective HR services. Additional responsibilities include HR operations and HRIS administration, new hire orientation presentations, team member relations, HR reporting and analytics, project coordination, performance management support, and other HR programs and initiatives. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; alternatively, four (4) years of relevant professional experience in benefits, employee relations, human resources, or a related area will be considered. Experience Minimum of four (4) years of Human Resources experience required. Experience supporting benefit administration, leave programs, and team member benefit questions required. Experience with HRIS administration, HR reporting, and data management preferred. Experience supporting team member relations and HR projects preferred. Healthcare experience preferred. Certification/Licensure PHR, SHRM-CP, or other Human Resources or benefits-related certification preferred. Additional Requirements Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
