Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, supporting thorough understanding of their strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals tailored to each client’s journey toward recovery.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide cohesive care that addresses all aspects of a client's mental health needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning as needed, ensuring that clients have immediate support during acute episodes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record systems effectively to track client progress.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups, promoting community connection and shared experiences among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
