Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on clients in a hospice setting, such as patients facing terminal illness and their families, who may require support for grief, loss, and adjustment issues. You will play a crucial role in facilitating emotional healing and resilience through compassionate counseling tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
