Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy, utilizing best practices such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring effective collaboration with other healthcare professionals for continuous care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation such as progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory guidelines and clinic protocols.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health management strategies, empowering them with the knowledge needed to navigate their conditions effectively.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
