Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Alarm Event Review in Flower Mound, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, monitor alarm panels, document observations using computer or tablet tools, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.58 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:30 PMTue07:00 AM - 03:30 PMWed07:00 AM - 03:30 PMThur07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. A guard card or license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
