POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all office events and activities with internal and external customers and maintaining a professional office environment.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Maintain a sleek and professional workspace image within our office space
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel
- Utilize office amenities to coordinate events with various visitors and/or customers
- Assist with day-to-day tasks in the office
- Coordinate with involved parties to ensure that all aspects of an event run smoothly
- Organize, restock and order supplies for common areas as needed
- Review, approve and submit invoices
- Schedule outside vendors for various office needs
- Act as point of contact for office vendors and suppliers
- Maintain confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned
