We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at The Health Connection, located in the heart of Morristown, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a range of physical conditions to help them regain function and improve their quality of life. Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center is designed to create a supportive and motivating atmosphere for both patients and staff. As a Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in a collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and physicians. The work schedule is structured for full-time positions, primarily operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Flexibility in hours may be possible based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, including strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment results, ensuring alignment with each patient's personal health goals and recovery expectations.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and a range of modalities to facilitate pain relief, enhance mobility, and restore functional capabilities.
• Provide patient education on effective body mechanics, posture correction, and injury prevention strategies to promote long-term wellness.
• Monitor patient progress throughout the rehabilitation process, documenting changes and modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including all treatment interventions and patient responses.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services cater to a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals with spinal disorders, post-surgery rehabilitation patients, and those needing assistance with chronic pain management. The Health Connection prides itself on its patient-centered approach, ensuring that every individual's journey to recovery is handled with personalized care and attention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a demonstrated ability to manage a variety of physical conditions.
• Expertise in employing advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities tailored to individual patient needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address patients' rehabilitation challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized areas, such as sports rehabilitation or spinal therapies, will be considered an asset.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and patient tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare framework.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
