Work Environment

This position requires an onsite presence as our Physical Therapists deliver services directly in patients' homes. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including occupational therapists, nursing staff, and case managers, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, utilizing established assessment tools and professional judgment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly preferred.
