Work Environment

This role is onsite, specifically focusing on home care, which means you will be traveling to clients' homes to assess and implement therapeutic practices. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients in their home environments to determine their specific needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques, including exercise, stretching, manual therapy, and use of specialized equipment.
• Document all treatment sessions, tracking patient progress and response to interventions accurately, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
• Regularly reevaluate patients to adjust treatment plans and set new therapeutic goals, adapting to their evolving needs.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the use of assistive devices, self-care techniques, and the importance of adherence to treatment plans.
• Stay current with best practices in physical therapy by participating in professional development workshops, reviewing relevant literature, and fostering connections within the professional community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will interact with a diverse clientele, including both children and adults. You will cater to individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, stroke, chronic pain conditions, and other health challenges requiring tailored rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is essential; candidates with higher degrees are welcomed.

Compensation and Benefits
