Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Empower Ease Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and create tailored intervention plans.
\n
• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that incorporate family priorities and concerns.
\n
• Monitoring the outcomes of interventions, collaborating with team members to ensure that each child receives the most effective support possible.
\n
• Providing hands-on support and guidance to families, equipping them with information and skills to promote their child's development.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster a child-centered approach.
\n
• Maintaining documentation in compliance with all federal and state regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children and families we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on infants and toddlers facing various challenges, including developmental delays and disabilities. As a key member of the team, you will help children learn and develop essential skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains, contributing to their overall growth and success. Through empathetic engagement and professional support, you will empower families to navigate their child’s developmental journey, fostering confidence and promoting positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) accredited by the Department of Public Health.
