Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and joint therapy sessions with couples and families, addressing specific relational dynamics and individual concerns.

• Evaluating and diagnosing patients while formulating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to unique family situations.

• Providing therapeutic interventions for various issues, including but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and conflicts among family members.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to clients, ensuring alignment with overarching patient wellness goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individual adults, children, and adolescents. Our therapists specialize in addressing the unique challenges presented by blended families, separation and divorce, job stress, and other family dynamics. You will foster a safe and supportive atmosphere where both individuals and families can openly explore their feelings and work towards constructive resolutions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n
