Payroll AssistantAs Payroll Assistant you will assist in the weekly payroll process:Onboarding new hires and process required paperwork, including I-9 documents and E-VerifyProcessing timesheets (hourly and salaried)Calculating vacations, garnishments, levies, and insurance deductionsCalculating and filing weekly and monthly withholding taxesProcessing terminationsYou must have strong attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and multitasking while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Requirements:Microsoft Word and Excel experienceGood math and communication skillsKnowledge of office equipment (scanner, copier, adding machine)Schedule Requirements: Monday-Friday 8-5 PMCompensation is $15-$20 depending on experienceMinimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent
