Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: Initiate the therapeutic process by interviewing clients to understand their mental and emotional health needs, meticulously documenting findings from the initial consultation through the entire treatment journey.

• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Create tailored intervention strategies using evidence-based approaches that cater to individuals, couples, families, and groups, facilitating recovery in a structured manner.

• Lead Therapeutic Sessions: Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that encourage open communication and a safe space for healing, while employing techniques that address the unique challenges clients face.

• Monitor and Adjust Treatment Plans: Continuously evaluate client progress against the established treatment goals, making necessary adjustments to interventions to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to formulate comprehensive care plans that address the holistic health of each client.

• Provide Ongoing Support: Offer follow-up services for clients transitioning to higher levels of care or following hospitalization, ensuring continuity and effectiveness in their recovery.

This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Licensure: Valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is required.

• Certification: Candidates must have passed the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
