Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by actively listening to clients’ needs, exploring their backgrounds, and identifying mental health challenges to establish baseline concerns.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's specific goals and aspirations, utilizing therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide empathetic and effective therapeutic interventions via video sessions that promote healing for individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues related to postpartum depression, anxiety, and trauma.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on real-time feedback and developments.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and improve outcomes.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation to adhere to legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and complying with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure in Georgia as a: \n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
