Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and strengths, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans. Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques. Collaborate with clients to establish therapy goals, consistently monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches to ensure effectiveness. Provide teletherapy services, accommodating clients seeking virtual support due to personal preferences or logistical challenges, utilizing secure digital platforms. Maintain high standards of documentation accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client records. Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of emerging therapeutic techniques, trends, and best practices within the field of mental health counseling. Patient Population / Client Focus Your practice will encompass a diverse range of clients, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will cater to clients seeking both short-term and long-term therapeutic engagements, tailoring your approach based on their unique circumstances and goals. Qualifications A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Valid licensure in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of creating a trusting and empathetic therapeutic environment. A genuine commitment to client welfare, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental approach in adhering to clients' narratives. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently. Preferred Experience Experience with clinical assessments and treatment planning tailored to a diverse clientele. Proven track record of delivering individual therapy with positive client outcomes. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and remote counseling methodologies. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive annual salary, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload complexity.
