Human Resources Generalist

The Landmark Resort is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to help run essential HR functions for a 294-room waterfront property in Egg Harbor, WI. This role supports people processes from onboarding onward, partnering closely with leaders across multiple departments to keep day-to-day employment operations moving smoothly. Role overview As a Human Resources Generalist, you will own core areas including benefits , HRIS , recruitment , employee relations , and workplace safety . The scope covers key HR activities and ongoing support for employees, while payroll is not included in this position. Key responsibilities Manage benefits , HRIS , recruitment , employee relations , and workplace safety (excluding payroll) Coordinate and support onboarding Handle employee relations Support workplace safety processes and practices Partner with leaders across a large, multi-department property What you bring Experience with benefits administration , HRIS platforms , and full-cycle recruitment A people-first mindset supported by sound judgment and high discretion Ability to manage onboarding , employee relations , and workplace safety simultaneously Comfort partnering with leaders across a large, multi-department property Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience); 2+ years of HR generalist experience preferred Hospitality background is a plus Tools and systems HRIS Compensation and schedule Salary: USD 50,000 - 55,000 per year Experience level: 2+ years Work location: In person Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Relocation Egg Harbor, WI 54209 : Relocate before starting work (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr The Landmark Resort
