Work Environment

The role is based in our modern rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Los Angeles, known for its supportive and inspiring environment. Our onsite operations encourage teamwork among a diverse group of health professionals, including physicians, physical therapy assistants, and administrative staff, all dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes. With a 9 AM to 5 PM schedule from Monday to Friday, this full-time role ensures a balanced work-life dynamic while allowing for focused clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with various orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing evidence-based assessments to determine effective treatment protocols.
• Develop, implement, and manage personalized treatment plans aimed at maximizing patient recovery and improving functional abilities in accordance with established professional standards.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations, ensuring that patient records are updated and accessible for care continuity.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting, facilitating discussions about patient progress and adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on appropriate exercises and holistic techniques for injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training sessions, workshops, and other educational opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient services cater to a diverse demographic, including older adults, athletes, and individuals recovering from surgery or injury. The therapist will work closely with patients experiencing a range of challenges from chronic pain and mobility restrictions to post-operative rehabilitation, fostering their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A valid California State Physical Therapy License is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; candidates with advanced degrees such as a Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution are preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical experience with a minimum of 2 years in an outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating with the healthcare team.
• A proven ability to manage a diverse and varied caseload efficiently in a demanding environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
