Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Guide and motivate patients through active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and training for daily living activities.
• Provide education to patients and their families about care plans, encouraging their involvement in the treatment process.
• Effectively communicate with fellow team members to ensure continuity and quality of care throughout the rehabilitation journey.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university or its foreign equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits
