Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions through physical assessments and diagnostic tests to identify functional impairments.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with the specific goals and needs of each patient.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Maintain a patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring focused attention to detail and personalized treatment.
• Document services delivered accurately and promptly in alignment with organizational policies, utilizing EMR software like WebPT effectively.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, self-management strategies, and exercises to enhance healing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care and improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery trajectories.
• Encourage lifestyle modifications that promote physical health, including strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Staying abreast of the latest evidence-based practices and incorporating them into treatment regimens.

• Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly experience with platforms like WebPT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members alike.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years' experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Experience with a range of physical therapy modalities and treatment technologies.
• Proven track record of successful patient outcomes in mobility and functional improvement.

Compensation and Benefits

Arcadia Therapeutic Services offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
