Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, including individual and couple evaluations.
\n
• Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client and their families.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples and families, addressing issues such as communication difficulties, conflicts between family members, and adjustment to separation or divorce.
\n
• Providing individual therapy sessions to address personal mental health challenges related to grief, job stress, medical issues, and more.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to promote healing and growth among clients and their families.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, adolescents, and children. Your focus will be on providing family-oriented therapy, assisting individuals navigating the complexities of blended families, and addressing issues stemming from trauma, divorce, or loss. Each session aims to improve family dynamics and individual mental health outcomes through supportive and empathetic engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
