Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant (Temporary) Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Vice President of Safety at our Brookwood office while a team member is on leave. Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to the VP of Safety. Manage correspondence, schedules, and departmental records. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files. Assist with daily office operations and communication. Qualifications Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality. This is a full-time temporary position with the opportunity to support a key department within a stable, reputable company.
