Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, providing home care services to patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify their goals and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include a range of interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, therapeutic options, and preventative measures to sustain progress.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients, supporting individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in aiding these patients to restore their independence, mobility, and overall health.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license; maintaining a professional reputation is essential.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Proven competence in developing and implementing effective exercise programs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
