Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to create individualized treatment plans targeting specific orthopedic issues and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to optimize functional recovery, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to adjust to their evolving needs.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques to empower them in their rehabilitation journey.
• Document all patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Engage in regular collaboration with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment conducive to therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our orthopedic physical therapist will work with a diverse patient population ranging from adolescent athletes to older adults recovering from joint replacements or injuries. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• At least two years of professional experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Strong clinical evaluation and assessment skills along with proficiency in developing personalized treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience

While 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy is required, candidates with specialization in orthopedic rehabilitation or an advanced degree will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
