Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at fostering mental wellness in your patients. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for individuals and families.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions focusing on relationship dynamics, personal challenges, and emotional regulation.

• Assist clients in addressing and overcoming issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, supporting clients during difficult moments.

• Track and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain communication with other healthcare providers and refer clients to specialists for additional treatment if required.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay attuned to the latest therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues. This role requires a sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and the ability to address complex subjects, such as blended family dynamics, separation and divorce adjustment, job stress, and medical issues impacting mental health. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, applicants must hold the following credentials:

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.

• Active licensure in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
