Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Foreclosure Solutions Advisor to join our growing team in Thornwood, NY.

In this role, you will work exclusively with warm inbound leads—homeowners who have already expressed interest in learning about options to avoid foreclosure. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand their situation, evaluate available solutions, and navigate the short-sale process from initial consultation through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Consult with homeowners facing foreclosure or financial hardship

• Analyze client situations and identify appropriate foreclosure prevention solutions

• Educate clients on the short-sale process and available alternatives

• Build trust and maintain strong client relationships through empathy and professionalism

• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and internal departments

• Guide clients through documentation and qualification requirements

• Maintain accurate records and follow-up communication throughout the process

• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact through successful resolution

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient file progression

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build trust and explain complex concepts clearly and confidently

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Sales experience preferred, particularly consultative or advisory sales

• Experience in real estate, mortgages, finance, banking, collections, or related fields is a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• High level of empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence

• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required
