Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer support
- Handle oceans import operations, shipping arrangements, data entry, and document management
- Arrange drayage and domestic truck deliveries
- Conduct inbound and outbound checks
- Unpack products and perform inspections
- Prepare non-conformance reports
- Manage inventory effectively
- Enter costs and issue invoices
- Bilingual in English and Japanese (Business proficient)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and email communication
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
